We provide free shipping within Indonesia.

Customers in all other countries will be charged an additional cost for shipping (costs vary depending on the country).

We offer two methods for shipping:

  1. Express Mail Service (EMS) which takes 7-10 working days.
  2. Pos Indonesia (Registered) which takes 14-25 working days.

We’ll send you the tracking number to your email address as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

Item(s) already bought are not exchangeable unless they have defects (which are very unlikely because we have a strict quality control system). This exchange is only possible within 30 days after the purchase date. Please send us and email containing pictures of the defects and your complaint.

We will process your email as soon as possible and replace the faulty product(s).
